Pack with Care
Securely place the item in its original packaging, ensuring all protective guards and documentation are included to prevent damage during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return for safety and quality standards, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
